The Company’s Chairman and major shareholder, Tim is a Perth-based mining investor with a strong record of successful investment and value creation in the Australian and international resources sector. He is experienced in all facets of the exploration and mining industries both in Australia and internationally and has a thorough understanding of the Australian and global equities markets having raised significant capital on the ASX during his career. Tim is currently the Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of entX Limited and Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited.

Brendan is a geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a broad range of geological settings. Brendan has previously worked in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated Limited and Dominion Mining Limited. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Brendan is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited.
Stacey Apostolou

Stacey is a Finance Executive with over 30 years experience in the Australian resources sector. Stacey has previously held a range of senior positions as CFO and Company Secretary of listed resources companies. Prior to her role at DevEx, she was CFO for EMR Capital’s Golden Grove and Capricorn Copper operations prior to the listing of 29Metals in July 2021, where she then held the role of Group Manager, Commercial and Finance. Stacey is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited.
Bryn Jones

Bryn is an Industrial Chemist with extensive experience in the uranium industry, particularly in the development of the PhosEnergy Process and operation of In-Situ Recovery (ISR) mines gained during his time at Heathgate Resources, the operator of the Beverley Uranium Mine. Bryn has also worked for Worley Parsons on the Olympic Dam Expansion Project and consulted on various ISR operations around the world. Bryn is currently Non-Executive Director of Boss Energy Limited and Non-Executive Director of 5E Advanced Materials Inc. and Managing Director for entX Limited.
Richard Hacker

Richard has over 25 years professional and corporate experience, including as a former Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary. Richard has previously held senior roles with global energy companies including Woodside Petroleum Limited and Centrica Plc, and is the former CFO of Chalice Mining Limited and Liontown Resources Limited. Richard is proficient across commercial, corporate and financial aspects in the mining industry. He is currently the General Manager – Strategy and Commercial of Chalice.
Kym Verheyen

Kym is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience gained in both public practice and commerce. Kym commenced her career with Deloitte and has since held finance positions in a diverse range of industries. Kym is the former Company Secretary and Finance Manager for Liontown Resources Limited.
